​Thank you for choosing AMR Beauty Bar. We strive to provide exceptional service and a seamless experience for all our clients. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to the following policies:

1. Appointment Booking

To guarantee your preferred time, we recommend booking in advance. If you are unable to secure a spot, please reach out to us. We may have cancellations or availability we can accommodate. Your satisfaction is important, and we will do our best to find an option that works for you.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Life happens, and we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We value your time and our ability to serve all clients efficiently.

3. Late Arrivals

We strive to provide prompt and effective service. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the schedule for others. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be charged a no-show fee. Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

4. No-show Policy

We understand things come up, but failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $30 deposit requirement for your next booking. This deposit will go toward your next service. A 50% service fee will also be required to reschedule. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it allows us to continue offering exceptional services to all our clients.

5. Payment Policy

We accept cash, Zelle, and credit or debit cards (tap to pay). Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuities for our technicians are greatly appreciated and can be given through the payment methods listed above.

6. Media Release & Consent

By booking an appointment with AMR Beauty Bar, you consent to the use of photographs or videos of your hands or nails taken during your service for promotional and marketing purposes on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and our website. If you do not wish for your photos to be used, please inform us before your appointment, and we will respect your preference.
