AMR Beauty Bar Booking Policies (Terms & Conditions)
Thank you for choosing AMR Beauty Bar. We strive to provide exceptional service and a seamless experience for all our clients. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to the following policies:
Deposits

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment.

This deposit goes toward your total the day of your service.

No deposit = no appointment. No exceptions — even for loyal clients.
Booking

All appointments must be booked through this website.

Appointments will not be accepted via text, DMs, Facebook, or other messaging platforms.

This keeps everything organized and ensures your appointment is officially secured.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit.

If you cancel late or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you cancel on time, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment one time only.
Late Policy

A 15-minute grace period is allowed only if you contact me before your appointment time.

If I don’t hear from you, your appointment will be canceled 5 minutes after your scheduled time.

I will send you a message with my address as a courtesy, but if there’s no response, I will not wait the full 15 minutes.
Payments

Cash is preferred

I also accept Zelle, Venmo, and card payments

Communication

My business phone and salon location are listed at the bottom of this site.

I do not answer phone calls during the workday to give full attention to my clients.

If you need to reach me, please text your name and question, and I will respond as soon as I can.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions. These policies are in place to respect both your time and mine and to create a professional and reliable environment for every client.
